I agree completely, the Electoral College is definitely biased. The tipping point method is only one way to measure it. My main point in this article was to show that it doesn't inherently favor one political party overall (but it will in a specific given election). There is a lot of evidence that it is biased toward some groups of people over others, which may have impacted what issues candidates focus on
